Sannie Sieper

I'm a marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Most recently, I served as Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations and previously Director of Marketing at E Source, where I led marketing initiatives that contributed to significant year-over-year growth and achieved subscription renewal rates exceeding 90%.

Prior to E Source, I co-founded Fashion Forward Maternity, an online maternity apparel startup that was successfully acquired in 2013. My career also includes leadership roles in publishing, technology, and research-driven organizations.

Known for my collaborative leadership style and ability to balance strategy with execution, I partner closely with clients to build practical solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
